  Qualification

  1. The investor of foreign-invested printing enterprise should be the Juridical Person who has

  direct or indirect experiences in printing business administration.

  2. The foreign investor should meet one of the following requirements: A. providing advanced

  printing business administration models or experiences; B. providing advanced printing technologies

  or equipment; C. providing abundant funds.

  3. The foreign-invested printing business should be a company limited.

  4. The registration capital for foreign-invested packages and decorations printing business should

  be no less than RMB10 million.

  5. Generally, the business operation period should be limited to 30 years.

  1.Case Acceptation (at the Reception Desk of Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio&TV,

  Press&Publication in Ningbo Municipal Administrative Service Center)

  2.Preliminary Examination (Field Examination Included) and then Suggestions ( by the Department

  of Administrative Examination and Approval)

  3.Taking Counsel with the Department of Press and Publication, then asking for approval from the

  related bureau director

  4.Final Approval (by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Press and Publication)

  5.Service of the document (at the Reception Desk of Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio&TV,

  Press&Publication in Ningbo Municipal Administrative Service Center)

  3.Project Proposal

  4. Notice of Name Checking or Business License

  5. Feasibility Report

  6. List of Equipment (bought or ordered)

  7. Registration Certificates of All Investors

  8. The Inauguration Document , Resume and ID certificate of the Legal Representative

  9. Credit Certificates of All Investors

  10. Capital Verification Reports of both the Chinese Investor and the Business

  11. Property Assessment Report

  12. The Confirmation Document of State-owned Investment Assessment Report （Issued by State-owned

  Assets Supervision and Administration Department）

  13. Certificate of Use of the Enterprise Location

  14. Other Documents such as Company Articles, Print Verification, Registration System, Keeping

  System, Delivery System, Disposal System, Financial Management System.

  15. Certificate of Laws&Rules Training(or the Promise to attend Laws & Rules Training )
